This week is Teacher Appreciation Week, and we are blessed with some of the best at NGD! Our PTO has planned some special events for our teachers and staff this week. Today we celebrate two of the most important people in our school—our incredible front office team! Our annual Field Day will be held on Friday, April 24. On the Monday we return from Spring Break, students will be coming home with the following sheet, so be on the lookout for it! Field Day is free for students to participate. Students can pre-order a pizza combo and/or a sno cone. Additional items will be available for purchase that day. Parents are welcome to join us for Field Day!

Parents, please check your child's bookbag/folder today for an important letter regarding attendance. This letter includes the total number of absences your child has accummulated so far this school year. Remember, the goal is for students to have less than 18 absences (regardless of excuse) so that they are not flagged as chronically absent for the school year.
